As a visual researcher for the past 35 years in the documentary film and television industry, Elizabeth has developed an extensive knowledge around research, rights clearance and copyright for music and film.
Elizabeth has been giving workshops at colleges, universities, and film festivals throughout Canada, the United States and Europe for the last 15 years.
In addition, Elizabeth has sat on panels and mediated interviews with filmmakers.
During her workshop, she provides multiple anecdotes based on previous projects she has worked on and uses a combination of video and audio examples.
